Mild Curry Powder

Reviewed: Jul. 9, 2013
In the middle of trying out a new recipe, I realized we were out of curry which was one of the main ingredients that I needed. A quick online search lead me here and I had everything on hand to quickly make it. Great flavor for a mild curry. Thanks!!!

Italian Peas

Reviewed: Apr. 16, 2010
Easy to whip together as a side dish. Loved the combo of peas and onions, but not the addition of garlic - I'll leave that out next time. Other than that, the peas were cooked perfectly!

Deviled Eggs II

This was a good base recipe to start with. I used more mayonnaise and mustard, omitted the vinegar and instead added a little pickle juice!

BBQ Chicken Sandwiches

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2008
This was really good. I increased the serving size to 16 people since I made it for my husband to take to a pot luck lunch at work. I ended up boiling and shredding the chicken the night before. I combined the chopped onion and celery with the chicken and put it in the fridge overnight. The next morning we combined everything in a crockpot. So when he got to work, he just turned it on low and let it simmer for 4 hours. Everyone loved it and said that it smelled wonderful hours before lunchtime!

This was really good and easy to make. The dough came out very soft, making it easy to shape in the pie plate. Once baked, it was super flaky and just came out perfect!

Dirt Cake I

You just can't go wrong with this dessert. It's easy, taste great and is perfect for the summer. My husband requested this for his b-day; minus the gummy worms. So I just put it in a trifle bowl and it looked so pretty and elegant!

Peanut Butter Noodles

Reviewed: Jun. 5, 2008
OMGoodness, this was fantastic and so crazy easy to make. My husband walked in, saw it and goes "wow, that looks like something I would order in a restaurant". The peanut butter mixture was fantastic. I actually used organic peanut butter and I served it with Rachel Ray's Cucumber Sesame Salad (recipe on her website).

Irish Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2008
This took some time, but it sure was worth it. The flavors were great making it a great comfort food. Perfect for cold days and would be great to make for someone who is sick. Makes the house smells wonderful too! I followed the directions exactly. Only change I would make it to not make so many dumplings. Maybe cut it down to 2 cups!

Very easy to make. Had a great aroma with the roasted garlic and the potatoes turned out incredibly smooth. I liked the combination of flavors, but I personally would add more Wasabi powder next time.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2008
These are fantastic! The dough is a pretty butterscotch color and super moist making it easy to work with. My first 12 came out a little flat, but after that they were fine. Watch the cooking time. As soon as they turn brown around the edges take them out. Mine only needed to bake for 8 minutes and they were perfect. Super soft with a little crunch around the edge. YUM.

This was really quick and easy to make. I read the reviews and used some suggestions. I cut the butter in half, added some white wine and added more garlic. I then served it over angel hair pasta. The sauce was really good. I'll definitely be saving this one!! Thanks for the recipe.
