Berry Burst Sorbet

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2008
Definitely needs less sugar - I used lemon juice to give it a little tangy flavor to it.

Italian Dinner Rolls

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2008
So, I did a few modifications to it - Instead of onion powder I used garlic powder, and then I added 1/2 tsp thyme and 1/2 tsp oregano, and substituded one cup of white flour for whole wheat. Didn't take quite as long to cook in my stove, I would check them after 20 minutes, or cover them with foil at the end so they stay golden brown. Also, I used 3 tsp of yeast (I don't have the packets), and I just threw it all in, dried stuff first, into my bread machine on the dough setting, and let it do all the kneeding and rising for me. Worked awesome!

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2007
This was great! I love the sauce - you could also use it for spaghetti. Make it easier, don't cook the lasagna noodles. Instead of laying two cooked noodles on top of each other with each layer, Just do one level of uncooked noodles in each layer. The meat and cheeses cook the noodles perfectly. This will save you much time, and the noodles still hold up all the great gooey meaty cheesey goodness! Enjoy it!

Low-Fat Blueberry Bran Muffins

Reviewed: Aug. 10, 2007
Very good! I did oat bran instead of wheat bran because that was what I had on hand. Also added 1/2 tsp cinnamon, took a frozen banana and mashed it instead of the applesauce, and 1/4 cup of honey instead of brown sugar. Yummy! Oh, and people had been mentioning not tasting the blueberries, so I did 2 cups of blueberries and I can definitely taste them! (:

Really yummy. Graham cracker crust was a little crumbly so the second time I made it with a cookie dough crust and it was really good...

It was good - not amazing knock my socks off - it seemed like it just needed a little more zing in the flavoring... it was still good.

Restaurant Style Egg Drop Soup

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2006
I don't know if we did something wrong - the only thing different I did was use green onions instead of leeks, but my husband and I after one bite had to toss the whole thing - we were really bummed.

It was amazing - I added about 2 more ounces of coconut to make the frosting just a little thicker, and it was perfect!
