Brown Rice Raisin Pudding
I was looking for a way to use up left-over brown rice. This turned out great!

Sloppy Joe Spaghetti
Good flavor. Pretty dry, though. I think it would be better with a tablespoon of Italian seasoning instead of Italian bread crumbs.

Butter Beef
Added two cans of mushrooms on the top in the cooker. Served with mashed potatoes. Hubby really liked and said I need to make it more often.
