Chocolate Mint Candies Cookies

Reviewed: May 21, 2007
These are our favorite mint, chocolate cookies. Relatively easy to make a good balance of chocolate and mint.

Cranberry Chicken I

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2008
This is similar to those chicken recipes with Lipton Onion Soup, but it is a little sweeter. I like it because it is extremely fast to put together. I have tried it both with jellied cranberry sauce and whole cranberry sauce -- I think I prefer the whole cranberry sauce, because you can actually tell that cranberry has been added.

Perfect-Every-Thyme Marinade

Reviewed: Mar. 27, 2010
Everyone liked this, though did some things differently. Only marinated for about an hour (short on time). Instead of cooking, I microwaved the honey, added dry ingredients, and then added oil. Would make it again...better than we thought it would be.

The Best Ever Chicken Nuggets

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2010
I cut the garlic salt back by half as other reviewers suggested, but it was not salty enough for me...maybe next time I will cut it back 1/4 instead.

Taqueria Style Tacos - Carne Asada

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2010
This is the closest thing I have tasted to the taco stands in Mexico. I think the difference is that there, they use fatty meats fried at high temps (which is yummier, but not good for you...).

Classic Macaroni and Cheese

Reviewed: Jul. 25, 2010
I cooked for 30 minutes at a lower temp as suggested by others. The top still got too hard. I think when I do it in the future I will make sure to cover the top with cheese completely, whether that be shredding the cheese or just saving more cheese for the top layer. Love the ease and taste.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2010
We used EnerG egg substitute due to an egg allergy. It worked well. We did need to add some extra milk to thin the pancake batter.

Ali's Amazing Bruschetta

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2011
Very good, even with un-fresh ingredients (basil, oregano, parsley, parmesan...did them to taste...about half the amounts the recipe called for as not fresh). Also added salt, pepper, and minced garlic.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Made with EnerG egg substitute (allergy reason). Made big cookies and small cookies. Came out very well! Also used about 1 1/2 cup choc chips.

D's Famous Salsa

Reviewed: May 5, 2012
Very good! No changes. Not spicy due to us using mild chiles...might do medium or hot chiles next time.
