I have added three recipes of my own today, no- four. They are old family favourites. Comfort foods. Recipes from many years ago. But not antique. I think. Not low-fat, low-carb, or low anything. But nice for once-in-awhile. Let's see how this goes.

They are called Noodles Romanoff, Baked Pasta shells and sausage, Cheeseburger macaroni by Del Monte, and Yoghurt Salad. I am not sure if they are see-able buy other members or not. But if you read this, then please read the recipe and let my know your ideas or suggestions.

Many thanks.

Feel like a fool, but I am new on navigating this site. Clicked on Noodles Romanoff and got enlarged pic. How do I get recipe. It takes me back so many years to a time my mom made these from a box and I loved them. I can't imagine how much better these will be. Please let me know how to access recipe.

About Me
Born in NY, married a man from Kilkenny, Ireland, living in rural Scotland. A son, aged 24, living in Aberdeen (Scotland) and attending uni.
My favorite things to cook
Soups and sometimes slow cooker meals. Also breads, ordinary yeast breads.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Soups of any description. Potatoes, any way, any time.
My cooking triumphs
Steamed vegetables with fresh herbs seem to turn out well, and veggie stir fry's. And of course: fish and chips.
My cooking tragedies
A huge dinner party, 40 people, to have an American Style Thanksgiving. Two turkeys. The second Turkey never cooked!
