I have posted a new recipe. I've named it Vegetarian Strata. It is adapted from the Mushroom Sausage Strata by Julie Sterchi, in Harrisburg, Illinois. I wonder if that's near Chicago. I've been to Wilmette, Illinois many years ago. Back to recipes and learning things, though, I've adapted her… MORE

I have added three recipes of my own today, no- four. They are old family favourites. Comfort foods. Recipes from many years ago. But not antique. I think. Not low-fat, low-carb, or low anything.
