This recipe was so easy to make. My husband enjoyed it and said that it was a keeper. I did add garlic powder and extra worcestershire to flavor it up.

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

Reviewed: Jul. 12, 2006
My family goes crazy for this pie. I do make a few changes, sometimes I crush Oreo cookies in a food processor, add a little melted butter to it and press it firmly in a pie plate or I just buy the Oreo crust already made. I use Reese's peanut butter and add just about the whole jar. My family requested it after the first time that I made it. They love peanut butter. I also decorate the top with Reese's chocolate shell syrup and I cut regular size Reese's peanut butter cups in four's and place them on the pie around the crust. I'm glad that the recipe makes two at a time because my family devour's them.

The recipe was easy to make. I did add a little extra milk as suggested by others. My husband liked it, but said to add a little more milk or maybe I'll try some almond extract next time.

My husband and son enjoyed the shrimp. I did sprinkle some "Chef Paul" magic seasoning blends - "Seafood Magic" just for some added flavor.

Baby Back Ribs

Reviewed: Aug. 9, 2006
Wow, the best ribs that I ever tasted and I made them!! I did put them on the grill for a couple of minutes, but the next time I won't because they are great right out of the oven. Okay, I had to take a sample before putting them on the grill! Thanks for sharing this recipe, Ken.

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Aug. 11, 2006
Finally, we found the perfect wing sauce recipe. My husband has tried a few times to perfect a sauce but no can do, until we found this recipe. I didn't use wings this time, I used chicken tenders, which I deep fried and put them in the sauce. My son kept asking for more and with football season around the corner, this recipe will be a frequent user. Thanks Kelly!! UPDATE, made wings tonight and baked them @ 375 1hr (drums & wingettes) on racks with jelly roll pans underneath lined with foil. Easy, easy clean up. The guys wanted them hot and twenty four wings didn't last long. No more frying for me, take the chance and bake them!!

Hash Brown Casserole II

Reviewed: Aug. 14, 2006
Everyone at my house gave this dish a Big Thumbs Up! My teenage boys wanted a taste right out of the oven... they didn't want to wait for the rest of the meal. Even the neighborhood kids grabbed a fork and believe it or not when my one son turned his back, he left his dish at eye level for the dog and she enjoyed it as well. The only change that I made was that I didn't have corn flakes (only had frosted flakes) so I took 24 Ritz crackers and crushed them mixing with 4 tablespoons of melted butter and sprinkled on the top.

Pecan Sour Cream Pound Cake

Reviewed: Aug. 14, 2006
Not really a fan of this recipe, sorry. I did not have pecans and decided to dust with 10X sugar instaed of orange glaze, maybe that was the problem. Family said to stick with my other pound cake recipes, but in all fairness, I think that I'll try it again using the pecans and orange glaze.

Baked Pork Chops I

Reviewed: Aug. 15, 2006
I used boneless pork chops and was nervous about them cooking in the oven for the first hour and prayed that they would not dry out. Well, to my surprise they were moist, flavorful and I really didn't need a knife. The best pork chops that I had in a long time. Family enjoyed them.

Cinnamon Hazelnut Biscotti

Reviewed: Aug. 16, 2006
This is my first attempt at a biscotti cookie and it was a success. I did not have hazelnuts on hand so I used almonds. Next time I'll try almond extract. I also drizzled chocolate on some of them. My aunt loves biscotti's and she said that they were delish!

Eclair Cake

Reviewed: Aug. 16, 2006
Okay, the family liked it, but I was disappointed of the frosting. I took a reviewer's advice and heated the frosting in the microwave for 30 seconds and I'm not sure if this was the cause but the frosting was constantly running after you took it out of the frig. I'll give it another try.

Strawberry Trifle

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2006
This recipe was well liked. I did make a few changes. I cut up a pound cake that I made from a recipe on this site that my family really didn't care for. I hate to waste, so I found this recipe and cut the cake into small chunks. I took the advice from a reviewer to use vanilla pudding and cheesecake pudding and ommitted the bananas. My husband said to add the bananas next time. I will definitely make this again.

Yummy Honey Chicken Kabobs

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2006
I hate to be a party pooper, but this recipe is for those who like salt. I made 6 boneless chicken breast with the marinade and made 6 with Italian dressing marinade. I had more salt in a quarter piece of chicken than I had in the last month! The Italian chicken disappeared and everyone said that they did not care for the taste of this recipe...too salty. I'll stay with my old faithful, Italian dressing marinade.
