Italian Sausage Tortellini Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2007
This was just as delicious as another recipe on this site. My family really loves this soup, the flavor is wonderful and I think the red wine really brings out the great flavor of this soup.

Incredibly Easy Chicken and Noodles

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2007
Made this the other night, everyone liked it. I did add some peas and carrots and used boxed noodles instead of frozen noodles. It was a little too salty for me because I have been on a sodium free diet but the others didn't seem to mind it. Thanks for sharing!

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2007
Absolutely the best bbq pork that I ever had. The recipes is so easy to make, but instead of using ribs, I used a pork shoulder roast and it came out perfect. To top it off, I used for the first time, Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce and the taste was outstanding. My son couldn't wait until dinner and was sneaking a taste here and there. I definite repeater!! Thanks

Oven Fried Chicken III

Reviewed: Dec. 9, 2006
This chicken came out perfect, sooo juicy with a delicious coating and alot less fat vs. frying. I did use a 18 package of drums, thighs and wings so I doubled the coating ingredients and it was just enough. The family thought it was great. Thanks for sharing!!

The Best Meatloaf

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2006
Excellent flavor and very moist. I did omit the green peppers because some do not care for them. Also, I increased the ingredients because I was using 3lbs. of meat.

Creamy Vegetable Medley

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2006
Made this recipe with a meatloaf recipe from this site. Made exactly as written and it turned out wonderful. Everyone liked it. It comes out very hot, so my suggestion is to cook it before your main dish is ready and allow to cool down because you can enjoy it better.

Microwave Peanut Brittle

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2006
I've never rated anything so low. I followed the recipe to a tee and during the 3 1/2 minutes the mixture was smoking. I took it out and added the baking soda, the bowl was too hot to even work with. I had to place the bowl in the sink (my mistake) because the bowl started to crack. I think that I'll just buy my peanut brittle already made.
