I make these dairy and egg free (I used substitutes for my daughter who has food allergies) and they are still amazing.

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2011
Best basic chocolate chip cookie recipe I've ever made. Cookies looked and tasted perfect. Note that the dough doesn't work as well after refrigerated.

I've made it twice exactly as written and have loved both times. Both times it has taken a bit longer to cook than stated by about 5 to 10 mins.

Best cookies I've ever made! I did add extra vanilla but that's the only change I made. Amazing!

Chicken Florentine Casserole

Reviewed: Jul. 26, 2010
YUMMY! My husband looooooved it too because it's low carb and still so, so tasty. I followed the tips by VICSGARDEN to saute the spinach and mushrooms and then put the uncooked chicken on top followed by the sauce then real bacon bits (then cook at 350 for 25 mins then top with mozarella and cook for another 10 minutes). I also cut the chicken up in chunks just because we prefer chicken that way. I followed the suggestion of another reviewer to really get the moisture out of the spinach/mushrooms. It already ends up with a lot of moisture so it was a good tip (I used the canned spinach). I substituted whole milk for the half and half because that is what I had. Seriously yummy for a not too difficult meal. Don't skip the bacon - it really adds to it.

Chicken Garlic Pizza

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2010
Yummy and easy! I used the Pizza Dough 1 recipe instead of refrigerated dough and I used mozarella since I didn't have ricotta. Feta would be yummy too. Very, very good for how easy it is. I cooked it 20 mins (in a convection oven) and the crust was cooked but just barely. Next time I would cook it for probably 30 minutes because my husband likes a crispy crust.

Seriously delicious for a simple recipe. Moist and perfect. I did these in mini muffin tins and they turned out perfectly! I cooked them in a convection oven for 15 mins and they turned out perfectly.

Fluffy Pancakes

Reviewed: Oct. 21, 2012
My daughter has food allergies, so we used soymilk and Ener-G egg replacer instead of milk and an egg. They turned out SO GOOD!! My husband kept saying how good they were.

German Pancake with Buttermilk Sauce

So so so so yummy! My husband loved it too!! Be careful not to overcook the dressing. I did but it was still good - it just was overly caramelized.

Strawberries and Cream Cake

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2015
Delicious and moist. I made it with Ener-G egg replacer and Blue Bonnet Light due to allergies to egg and dairy and it was still amazing. I used regular flour and I can't imagine it being any better with cake flour. I put a strawberry puree in-between layers along with the frosting recipe (I used dairy-free cream cheese for the frosting). I used strawberry store bought frosting for the outside. I did not use the whipped cream due to the food allergies, but the strawberry puree/frosting mix was amazing. It didn't really even need frosting on the outside. I will make this again.

Crustless Spinach Quiche

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2009
Both my husband and I LOOOOOVE this recipe, and so have all the guests we've made it for!! I normally use a 16 ounce bag of spinach and sometimes I use a little less cheese (half to 2/3 the amount called for). I also often end up using whatever shredded cheese I have on hand since I don't normally have muenster (though it is great with muenster) and it always turns out DELICIOUS!! It's also very, very easy to make.

Penne Pasta with Spinach and Bacon

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2008
I'm giving it a 5 because my husband is IN LOVE with this recipe. I made it two nights ago and he loved it so much he asked me to make it for the next night when we had company over. Then today he still wanted some of the leftovers! I made it exactly as is except I omitted the olive oil and put fresh parmesan on top.

Suki's Spinach and Feta Pasta

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2008
Wow was this yummy! Easy and delicious. My husband LOVED this and so did I!! The only changes I made were I used Italian seasoned diced tomatoes rather than roma tomatoes, I omitted the red pepper flakes (DH doesn't like spicy things), I used angel hair pasta instead of the pasta it recommends, and we added grated parmesan cheese on top! My husband said this was the best dinner he's had in a while - partially because all the vegetables make you feel good. Thanks so much for this!

I'm partially giving this 5 stars for how easy it is along with how tasty it is. Both my husband and I really enjoyed this dish. The sourcream and cream of chicken soup go well together. Definitely will be making again, especially on a busy day!

BLT Wraps

Reviewed: Jun. 13, 2010
AMAZING AND EASY. Seriously, so good. My husband loved them as much as I did. I did make a couple changes to suit our tastes. I used romaine lettuce and I used the uncooked tortillas and cooked them/melted the cheese on an electric skillet. I also added avocado per previous reviewers suggestion and also some salt and pepper. Soooooo yummy.

Gingerbread Men Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2014
I thought this recipe was perfect. It even worked well with Blue Bonnet Light and Ener-G egg replacer (we have to use those due to food allergies). The only thing I did differently was I refrigerated the dough in a plastic container rather than saran wrap. We put vanilla frosting on the cookies. They were delicious, the texture was perfect, and they were gone within 24 hours. We will be making them again soon.
