YUMMY! My husband looooooved it too because it's low carb and still so, so tasty. I followed the tips by VICSGARDEN to saute the spinach and mushrooms and then put the uncooked chicken on top followed by the sauce then real bacon bits (then cook at 350 for 25 mins then top with mozarella and cook for another 10 minutes). I also cut the chicken up in chunks just because we prefer chicken that way. I followed the suggestion of another reviewer to really get the moisture out of the spinach/mushrooms. It already ends up with a lot of moisture so it was a good tip (I used the canned spinach). I substituted whole milk for the half and half because that is what I had. Seriously yummy for a not too difficult meal. Don't skip the bacon - it really adds to it.
