Banana Nut Bread Baked in a Jar
LOVE this recipe. I bake them and send them to my boyfriend in Afghanistan, and the guys he's shared his with have asked for the recipe to have their wives make and send some. :) Thanks for sharing!!!

Candy Coated Pecans
I made these but with white sugar while I was living in bulgaria. I always roast the pecans for 15-20 before coating them, and this eliminates the possible sogginess of the pecans. Tried to make them again tonight with brown sugar and found them a bit sweet. I'll make them again, but stick with my white sugar. :)

Chicken In Basil Cream
sauce was a bit runny, but I'll thicken it up next time with a rue. Taste was FANTASTIC!!! love this and will make it again.
