Pasta with Gorgonzola and Sweet Onion

Reviewed: Jun. 11, 2006
i have made this several times now, and although it has no presentation value (it all turns a funny brown color) it tastes incredible. the flavors work really well together!

Honeydew Blueberry Soup

Reviewed: Jun. 13, 2006
simple and good. i sprinkled a little bit of ginger on top, along with the cookie, and it tasted great! i might add plain or vanilla yogurt next time to make it a little less grainy, but otherwise the recipe is great!!

Lighter Banana Muffins

Reviewed: Jun. 16, 2006
i added a drained 8oz can of crushed pineapple to the banana mix and used Bisquick instead of all-purpose flour. also sprinkled the tops with brown sugar and cinammon before putting them into the oven, and they came out with gorgeous golden tops and the best banana flavor i've ever tasted in a muffin. this is my default banana muffin recipe from now on!

these taste amazing!! i took out the coconut and the nuts, but kept the cherries- they didnt overwhelm the loaves at all. be sure to watch the baking time though... mine were done in 20 minutes instead of 60!!

Curry Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 2, 2006
i put the salad into a pita pocket and took it to lunch for work one day. it came out great! I only used about 2/3 of the mayo, and tripled the curry powder for more flavor. Simple and amazing!

Jambalaya II

Reviewed: Jul. 2, 2006
this recipe is pure genius. i scaled it down to two (it still made enough for 3), replaced half the green peppers with purple peppers, and doubled the cayenne pepper to make it spicier. i also cooked the rice separately so it wouldnt turn mushy. it tasted amazing, i will definitely make this again!!!!

Spicy Summer Pasta Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 3, 2006
this made a great (and quick) weeknight meal. as usual i made modifications: i sauteed the peppers with a diced onion and two cloves of minced garlic, then added the wine viegar and olive oil to the pan for a minute, then tossed everything with the warm pasta and added the tomato to the bowl. i doubled the chili powder to make it spicier, and also added cooked chicken pieces to the end to make it a full meal. worked incredibly well, thanks for a great recipe!!!!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Jul. 9, 2006
I've made these a few times now and theyve tasted great every time. Try to use the Jello brand pudding if you can (i used a generic brand once and it tasted awful). I also add an extra teaspoon of vanilla to give the batter more flavor. this recipe is definitely worth all the great reviews, make sure to try this one!!!
