Apple Bread
I agree with the other reviewers who said the liquid/dry ration is OFF. I followed the directions and there was so little liquid all of the flour would not mix in. I'm a very experienced baker so I knew the batter did not look right for a quick bread. I added 2/3 cup milk, which did improve the consistency, but the flavor was bland at best. I don't understand why this recipe has so many 5 star reviews.

Chewy Coconut Cookies
These cookies were delightful! Sweet, chewy, delicious. :) Like another reviewer I solved the "flat cookie" problem by adding an extra 1/4 cup of flour. I also agree with another reviewer that there is no way you can get 36 cookies out of this. I got 14 using just over a teaspoon of batter for each cookie.

Scones
Delicious! We made some with raisins and about 2 tsps of cinnamon. These are also good with apricot jam on top. Yum!
