Yam Smoothie

Reviewed: Jun. 15, 2009
Suprisingly very tasty. Used 1 14 0z can of yams in light sirup, drained most of the liquid. Added cinamon, nutmeg and cloves, ice, 4 0z peach jogurt, only thing I had on hand, same amount of milk, dandelion honey. Even my two year old who does not like smoothies, liked it.

Awesome and easy. I made the dressing for half portion and then used it for two batches. And must say very delicious. Just be carefull not to burn the sugar. That what happened to me first time.

Fast and Easy Tofu Lo-Mein

Reviewed: Mar. 19, 2008
I used spiced organic tofu with regular spagetti, because I did not have ramen noodles. I had to do couple of adjustment, but it was good and even my 4 year old liked it except of veggies :( Will probably make it again.

Chocolate Surprise Cupcakes

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2008
I tried it to make it as one review said. Put just half to paper cups add the filling and then pour other half over. I loved the batter, but was not really impresed with the filling. Next time I will try these without the filling just add the chocolate chips. It was very good with the Butter cream frosting II with few adjustment. Will definetely make these again just without the filling.

Butter Cream Frosting II

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2008
Very good icing. My first one actually. I used butter instead of margarine and added about 1 and half tbsp lemon juice. I think it will be very good with rum flavor instead of vanilla too. The batch was enough abundantely for 24 cupcakes

Pork Stroganoff

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2008
Very good recipe. I cut up meat and added little less dijon mustard. Added more water than it called for. Simmered about half an hour, then added about doubled amount of sour cream, but because of added water it was very runny, so I mixed little bit of milk with flour and thickened the gravy together with the meat. We loved it over the rice.

Sweet And Sour Chicken Meatballs

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2006
I was very skeptic at first, but must say that it was delicious, my husband and three year old kept raving about it. It is a keeper. i little bit changed it, I add one cup of pinaple juice because I did not have crushed on. Added more sugar and less of vinegar. I also did not have zuchini, so I put it the meat half of cucumber and some wheat germs. As noted in one review I also baked it in oven for about 10 minutes and then added to the sauce and cooked it another 20 minutes. Over rice it was great. Thanks.

I was very pleased with the end result and so the rest of my family. I just added some vegeta spice and made it with plain bread crumbs, I did not have the italian. Also I added finely choped onion and some chives. We loved it.
