Salsafied Chicken and Rice
Husband loves this and will now become a regular for dinner. I boiled the chicken the night before so all I had to do the next day was chop it and then added all of the other ingredients.

Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream
I didn't really like it when I tried it after first making it. But when I had it the next day it was much better. I also used diced tomatos so I didn't have to cut anything. I also only used a cup of heavy cream and it was plenty of sauce.
