Banana Peanut Butter Bread

Reviewed: May 15, 2009
This turned out good. I used half butter, half oil and I also used half brown sugar for the sugar. It turned out very moist. You couldn't really taste the peanut butter and i even used more than directed. Also I omitted the walnuts and used chocolate chips instead.

This was good. I did follow some other reviewers advice and put the ketchup/brown sugar on top. Other than that I pretty much made it as written.

Spooky Witches' Fingers

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2008
I made these last night. I was so disappointed because they totally spread when they cooked and turned out all flat and fat. They were a little hard for me to shape too. But they did taste really good!

This turned out good. The only changes I made were that I scaled it down to only 2 servings and put it under the broiler for a few minutes at the end of cooking to crisp up the skin. Very good.

Sfingi

Reviewed: Aug. 9, 2008
These were great! They were nice and light and fluffy! The only change I made was that I halved it and used 1/4 teaspoon vanilla and 1/4 teaspoon almond extract. I didnt have any powdered sugar so I just drizzled on the honey. The honey definitely makes these great. Oh, also, I didnt let it sit for an hour I just fried 'em up and they turned out fine :)
