I've never made a ginger cookie before, and I am not one to really eat ginger cookies, but these are AWESOME!!! I did make a few very minor changes...I used about half white whole wheat flour, used 3 teaspoons of ginger and 2 teaspoons on cinnamon and omitted the cloves because I didn't have any. I also used half brown sugar for the sugar and rolled the dough in raw sugar. Sounds like a lot of changes, but not really. These were so good and my husband LOVED them. Thanks for the awesome recipe, I'm sure it will be made often, not ust for Christmas ;)
