Hot Fudge Sauce II

I made this the first time using exactly what the recipe called for and it was incredible but the 83 grams of fat (in the entire recipe) bothered me. I tried it again and used fat free half and half and it was again, incredible. I honestly could not even tell it was made without the cream. (I used about 3/4 cup of half and half instead of the full cup since it is thinner than cream.) My hubby said it was better than anything you can buy from the store. The fat is incredibly low with only that from the butter. Try it with the FF half and half--you might be surprised! Thanks for the great recipe!

Garlic and Onion Burgers

These are so good! I changed the recipe a little by adding twice as much worcestershire and omiting the salt and Italian seasoning. They were moist and delicious but not too salty--perfect. In fact we are having them for dinner again tonight. Thanks, great recipe!

Turkey Mercedes

My family and guests loved this and raved about it. It was so moist and flavorful and tender! I marinated and cooked it in the roasting bag as another reviewer did and I think that helped as well--not that it needed any help, it was yummy. My family is already asking for this recipe for the christmas turkey. Thanks for the great recipe!

Frosting for German Chocolate Cake

I changed a couple things on this recipe--I added 1 tsp more corn starch since several other raters said it was too thin. That made it the perfect consistancy. I also added an additional 1/2 cup coconut, 2 tsps vanilla and I used pecans instead of walnuts. I thought it was very good but agree with Jeanne A that it is missing that something special. It was very good though and I will use it again. Thanks Sierra

Grandma Johnson's Scones

Oh my gosh!!! These are the best scones I have ever had. I made them as the recipe called for except I used light sour cream. They are even good the second day. I dont like the dry and crumbly scones most recipes make but these are moist and simply amazing!!! You have to try these!
