Deserves 10 stars!!! I made mine with raisins, extra coconut, sunflower seeds, and a few mini chocolate chips. SOOO delicious. Chewy with slightly crispy bottoms, very addicting and pretty healthy. I will make these again and again! New fav recipe!

Raspberry Chocolate Bars

I will make these again, with alteration--DOUBLE CRUST! Also, I used 1/2 of chocolate chips and made extra crust to crumble over the top of the bars. Tart, but wonderful flavor. Just more crust!

Banana Bars

Moist, delicious. I made mine in two round 8" pans, no frosting. Instead, I cut into wedges and dusted with 3 different toppings; cocoa powder, powdered sugar, cinnamon. Both cakes were gone same day!

Molasses Peanut Butter Crinkles

LOVELY appearance, taste, texture, and smell! Next time I will use less ginger and/or cloves though...slightly spicy if you want a peanut buttery cookie. Delicious, quick, easy--definately makes my top 5 cookies list! I will be making these again soon!
