Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips
Wow, this was fantastic! I prepared the salsa a day ahead of time adding everything except the apples and sugars. I used one granny smith apple and one fiji apple. I also added peaches to the recipe. About an hour before serving I mixed in the sugars and apples, then placed the salsa in the fridge. For the chips, I sliced the tortillas with a pizza cutter and coated each piece with the spray. I then placed the pieces into a container with the cinnamon sugar mixture and just shook it until they were all covered. I then cooked the tortillas in a muffin pan to make little bowls out of them. It worked out perfectly. I would like to try it again with a mini muffin pan. I cooked them for 10 minutes and they all turned out perfectly. I made 36 scoops with the tortillas and had exactly enough to use up all of the chips and salsa. This was the biggest hit and I am so excited to make it again! Thanks for the wonderful recipe.

Authentic Mexican Tortillas
I followed the recipe exactly, and I agree with previous reviews about the tortillas tasting more like a pie crust. I think they had a nice taste, but they didn't taste anything like a tortilla that I would eat with Mexican food. Thanks for the recipe.

Christmas Eve Beef Stew
Overall, this recipe is really good. I had to add some spices to it, and cut down on the onions. I just thought 3 was too many for our taste. My husband loves it, and asked me to make it two weeks in a row! I made it with the Baked Corn recipe on this site. Perfect combination! Thanks for the recipe.
