Moroccan-Style Stuffed Acorn Squash

I followed the recipe exactly Except,based on other reviews I added some additional spices : Ginger, allspice, nutmeg and a pinch of cayenne. The dish was easy to prepare, not bad, but it was definiteley lacking in depth of flavor, and not at all Moroccan( other than the cous cous which needed more than 5 minutesw of soaking) and I don't know that I would bother doing it again

Italian Summer Squash Polenta Bake

This was fabulous! I made exactly as written except I made my own polenta,( it's so easy to make) and cut it into squares, and I also cut the squashes into cubes, for convenience . Definitely a keeper and very easy to make

Aloo Palak

Oh How disapointing I recently returned from Southern India whhere I had Aloo Palak many times, so when I found this recipe I was looking forward to a delicious dinner. No taste at all just tastes like boiled spinach with potatoes I've seen now (sure now) several other recipes for aloo palak that sound so much better which have things like onions and garlic and ginger

Quinoa and Black Beans

I was so looking forward to making this. So many great reviews. I made it exactly as written, except I used chicken broth instead of vegetarian, and cut it in half for smaller family,which should should not have affected the dish It's a gloppy mess like library paste with no flavor I can't imagine how it got great reviews
