Pumpkin Bread IV
Love this recipe! I've made it too many times to count and it always turns out perfectly. Key is to make sure it's done after the 1 hour of baking. Toothpick can't have a drop off wet dough on it or the top of the loaf will not be done. Be patient! :) I love the large recipe as it uses up 1 large can of pumpkin exactly even though it's slightly too much pumpkin and it turns out great. I freeze the extra loaves that don't get devoured in the first 2 days. My kids and husband LOVE this recipe and it smells amazing while baking. Perfect fall and winter recipe.

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese
I LOVE this recipe. It's so quick and easy and my whole family loves it! I add Johnny's Garlic seasoning but other than that I stick to the recipe. Perfect side dish. I usually omit the bread crumbs as my kids aren't big fans. The cottage cheese adds more protein to the meal and makes for a great texture in the dish.

Jumbo Fluffy Walnut Apple Muffins
Loved these muffins. Smells like heaven when you are baking them. I doubled the recipe and used regular muffin tins and it made over 2 dozen. Also I didn't use the crumble topping and just sprinkled lightly with cinnamon. Also added more cinnamon to the whole recipe than it called for and a little allspice. If you don't add the crumble topping make sure you add extra spice to batter to make up for less sugar.
