About this Cook
My love for cooking began in my junior year of high school, when I took a cookng class. I am now a college freshman, and I still love to cook. However because I live on campus, I do not get the opportunity to cook very often. I love all sorts of food, my favorite is Italian. I like trying new foods I think it adds variety to life. The thing I love most about cooking is that it's all me, I can be as creative as I want. The best meals are the ones that are made with love =)
My favorite things to cook
My favorite thing to cook is pasta. Pasta is so versatile, there are so many different ways to cook it.
My cooking triumphs
My cooking triumph was when I cooked a pasta meal at my dad's house. It was delicious. Another one was when I cooked this Mexican meal at my mom's house for my twin sister. She LOVED it and has me make it all the time for her.
My cooking tragedies
My cooking tragedy was when I first tried to cook using samon. That was when I learned how hard it is took cook samon. I have yet to cook with it since.

California Primavera
I liked this pasta dish a lot. I will definately make it again. I am 17 and new to cooking, so I was kinda worried when I was making this as to how it would turn out. But I actually did it and it was tastey too. And it didn't take long at all. I really recommend this dish.
