Flavorful Flounder

This was Very easy to throw together. I baked for 10 min. at 380. I added a little garlic powder and some pepper but other wise followed directions. First comment from my husband ~ Make this for me again. Soon.

Yin-Yang Salmon

Shrimp and Octopus Soup (Caldo de Camaron y Pulpo)

I had a bag of the mixed seafood to use up that my husband did not really want to eat and this really turned out awesome. So in place of all seafood I used 1 bag mixed seafood + 1 bag frozen shrimp. I didn't have any kind of peppers so I threw in a can of green chiles. I also threw in some cilantro.

Green Chili Casserole

Easy! And my husband Loved it. As suggested by some of the others I added the onion and chiles to the beef while cooking. Also added some taco seasoning, garlic powder, and cumin. I might try an extra can of chiles next time, but I only had one on hand and it was good that way. I used 4 burrito sized tortillas, and used Golden Mushroom soup as it was on hand. Simple to throw together and instant applause from the husband. I may play with different spices but I will make this again.

Best Salmon Bake

I sprinkled marjoram on top, but otherwise followed as written. Served with a salad, this was super easy and my husband is a fan.

Pan-Seared Tilapia

Super easy! We've used this recipe with several types of white fish and it's always good. Like alot of the other people I added some extra spices (garlic salt, papricka, etc.....I change it up each time I make it.) Also like others I have found the butter totally unneeded.
