Bev's Chocolate Pie

Reviewed: Jun. 3, 2011
This is honestly the BEST chocolate pie I have ever had. The reviews are spot on regarding the texture of the pie - between a brownie and normal pudding type pie. Amazing! Be sure to allow time for it to set after baking. We served pretty quickly after removing from the oven and it was very runny. Much better the next day after it had been in the frig and "set".

Baked Rigatoni with Italian Sausage and Fennel

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2011
I am a novice cook but I enjoyed making this recipe (first time to use fennel) and my family liked it. It took quite a while and made a bit of a mess (lots of chopping, several pans) for a weeknight meal but if you have the time - it's easy enough and delicious.

Polenta and Vegetable Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2009
This was a delicious and healthy dinner. My 3 year old and 5 year old ate all of their serving. I served it with some flax chips I get at Costco and some mandarin oranges. Easy and great. Was able to freeze some for another night. I hope it freezes well.

Four-Cheese Spinach Bake

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2007
Delicious and easy. My young boys even liked it. Normally it's a fight to get them to eat anything green. If you like spinach alot - or want to make it more nutritious - I would suggest using 2 packages of spinach.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2007
Amazing! I purchased individual bread pans with a Thanksgiving theme and made 12 batches of this stuff for my clients. Everyone absolutely loved it. Made my house smell wonderful too :)
