I thought it was ok, my husband thought it was really bland. I will take the idea and recreate it at some point...

Creamy Rice Pudding

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2010
Delish! Started craving rice pudding a few days ago, found this recipe tonight, never made rice pudding before, looked easy enough and I had all the ingredients! Used rice cooker to cook the rice, mixed cinnamon in when adding sugar and added butter immediately after egg mixture while burner was still on. My husband who scoffed at me making rice pudding even said it was very good.

Kidney Beans and Corn

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2007
Wonderful! I left out the cumin and bell pepper because I didn't have any on hand. I also substituted the clove garlic for about a tbs. and a half of jarred minced garlic and added a can of diced tomatoes with green chilies. I served this over white rice.
