Kimberly's Meaty Meatloaf

This was edible but I agree, it was bland. I would not make this again. It was moist, just didn't have much flavor. Will keep on looking for a great meatloaf

Good waffles. Doubled the vanilla- thought about doubling the sugar but my hubby's sweet tooth is not as sweet as mine so for fear of them being too sweet, I went against my gut and didn't double the sugar.Next time, I will! Otherwise, very tasty :)

Avocado Corn Salad with Pine Nuts

Omitted the pine nuts because I didn't have any and added some chopped cucumbers because I love them! Good combo of flavors, caesar dressing was a little heavy... tasty but heavy. Might try a vinagrette to make it more summer-y. Still very good!

Beer Margaritas

Surprisingly delicious! As I prefer blended margaritas, I substitute a full limeade can of ice instead of water and blend. I am now the official margarita bartender!

Baked Chicken and Onions

Chicken was very moist but even with 2 onions and an entire head of garlic, it was pretty bland. I will not make this recipe again :(

Caramel Peanut Fudge

I don't know what I did wrong... It tasted great but it looked not so great! Who knows! It was really hard to cut, too. But the overall taste was worth it :)
