OMG..this stuff is awesome - I am literally munching on some I just made for the first time, on a Club Cracker as it's all I had available. Tastes great on the cracker by the way. I made this for my teenager who loves a similar recipe at a nearby restaurant. This is as good or better if you ask me!
I did a couple things different...as it was just my preference. I mixed the mozz in with the entire mixture as someone said it's hard to eat with it all on top..(which I would agree), I also added double the amount of mozz as we love it..didn't come out as too cheezy. I also omitted the garlic salt (thank goodness as I think it would have been too salty with the Parm/Romano cheeses (which are salty anyway). Instead of the garlic salt as I love garlic, I added 2 gloves minced - perfect!
Again..this is yum yum yum...I will be making it for my daughter's graduation party this summer...but in larger amounts! Enjoy everyone!
