Excellent! I had to cook for 12-14 minutes though, definitely not done at 10 minutes.

Soft Christmas Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 24, 2009
Finally a cookie dough I can work with. I've tried many other recipes and they all stick and I can never get it to work. This recipe works and tastes excellent too. I used 3 cups of flour and butter instead of the margarine.

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2009
Excellent! I put the flour mixture in a ziploc bag and then added the wings. Left the wings in the fridge for a few hours. Then I baked them on silicone baking sheets, so they wouldn't stick at 375 for 50mins turning once. The best.

Mapled Ham

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2009
This recipe has good potential but needs tweaking. Don't get me wrong the ham still turned out great but I was expecting a thicker sauce, lost all that maple syrup in the water. I should have read the other reviews closer. No need to put 2 cups of water in, and the sauce needed to be a LOT of thickener.

Shepherd's Pie VI

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2009
This was excellent! Only thing I did different was use shredded mozzarella cheese instead of cheddar because thats what I had. Its not a quick recipe though. It took about 1hr 10min total with prep time.

Choco Shortbreads

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2008
This was pretty good, I'd prefer it to be a bit sweeter. I used regular chips and added a complete cup, instead of drizzling 1/2cup over after cooking. I missed that part of the the recipe.

Grilled Garlic Artichokes

I must have done something wrong... are you supposed to eat the complete leaf once cooked? This was like leather.

Rotisserie Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2008
Excellent. I used Montreal Chicken Spice for the dry ingredients. This was my first rotisserie recipe on my new BBQ, will definitely do it again.

Unbelievable Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2008
This was not what I expected. All I could taste was the cider vinegar. I only marinated it for 8 hours. Very disappointing given all the good reviews.

Pizza Dough II

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2008
Excellent. We prepared this the day before and put one ball in the fridge and the other two in the freezer. Used a pre-heated pizza stone (30min at 500F) and then cooked at 425 for 15mins. Very good re-heated the next day as well. Hopefully the frozen dough has the same results.

Garlic Prime Rib

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2007
Excellent. So so good. Tried it with a 4lb prime rib roast. I think the MOST important part is to let the roast reach room temperature. That said I left it on the counter for almost 2 hours, and it still was only 10degrees C when I checked it. Ended up cooking it for 20 mins at 500, and then 70mins at 340. Also used frozen garlic cubes and omitted the salt. Added some of the veggie water to the drippings and added a little gravy thickener, plus a splash of red wine. I can't wait to make this again.

This was so-so, too rich for us and I didn't even add the process cheese. Easy to make.
