Excellent. So so good. Tried it with a 4lb prime rib roast. I think the MOST important part is to let the roast reach room temperature. That said I left it on the counter for almost 2 hours, and it still was only 10degrees C when I checked it. Ended up cooking it for 20 mins at 500, and then 70mins at 340. Also used frozen garlic cubes and omitted the salt. Added some of the veggie water to the drippings and added a little gravy thickener, plus a splash of red wine. I can't wait to make this again.
