Pink Lemonade Pie
I loved this as well and served it for Easter dessert. At the suggestion of others, I included cream cheese and whipped it a fairly long time with the pink lemonade concentrate and sweetened condensed milk. I froze mine for a few hours prior to serving it. I let it thaw for about 20 minutes and it was perfect in texture and taste. Thank you for a wonderful recipe and helpful suggestions from others.

Best Carrot Cake Ever
I made this cake for Thanksgiving and everyone was in fact, thankful for it! LOL! Delicious. Nice and dense and full of flavor. Thank you for the wonderful recipe and for the helpful reviews.

Lemon Curd Bars
My family loved it. I added the coconut and some lemon zest to the lemon curd and found this recipe to be the one to replace the traditional lemon bar recipe. Love the variation in textures between the cookie-like crust and the coconut with the lovely lemony smoothness. Thanks so much for this recipe!
