Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole

This recipe has been in my family for years, but varies from cook to cook. I tend to use only 1 egg, and substitute half of the sour cream for milk.

You can make this as simple or complex as you want! I simplify it by just using honey, olive oil, a little water, salt, and then the mix-ins.

Easy Baked Chicken Cordon Bleu

I dip the rolled chicken in egg, not butter, and use shredded mozzarella instead of string cheese, because it melts better. I serve this with a simple mustard sauce: honey + mustard + onion powder.

Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies II

These are the best cookies I have ever had. Seriously. I followed the recipe to a 'T' and added semi-sweet and white chocolate chips and chopped walnuts at the end. Keep your eye on them in the oven as they don't take long - just until the edges turn slightly golden.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

I've been trying to make pancakes for years, unsuccessfully. Until now! I'll be making this recipe for years. These are absolutely perfect, but you can thin them with some water or milk if you like your pancakes lighter.
