Turkey and Quinoa Meatloaf
My kids declared this better than my usual meatloaf (made with ground beef) which is pretty darn good! This is way better than any turkey loaf recipe I've tried. I tripled the recipe thinking I would have two future meals in the freezer, but since everyone is home for Christmas it's going to be gone before it makes it to the freezer! I reduced the hot sauce to 1 teaspoon (perfect) and added an egg. Also cooked the quinoa in chicken stock. Yum!

Blueberry Buckle
Mmmm! This was one of my favorites as a kid. Identical recipe to my mom's, except she adds 1 1/2 tsp grated lemon rind and 2 tsp lemon juice to the batter, and 1/2 tsp grated nutmeg to the topping.

White Chili with Ground Turkey
The family loved this. I'm not sure about the cinnamon, though. I think next time I'll skip it and add cilantro. Very good topped with sour cream.
