About this Cook
I'm a gluten free, dairy free cook, still figuring out what to eat. I'm a wife, scientist, doggy mom and homeowner. I love to cook and bake, I hate washing dishes.
My favorite things to cook
Things that taste the same as "pre-disease" food. I just made some dairy free gluten free cheesy potatoes and I almost cried from joy!
My cooking tragedies
The first time I attempted gluten free biscuits they turned into pancakes. There have been quite a few tragedies, I used to get upset, now I just call it "experience."

Linda's Lasagna
I made this for my In-Law's and they loved it. I can't eat it without major modifications so I haven't tried it yet, but it got eaten quick with no leftovers!!

Pizza Pasta
I'm gluten free and dairy free so my changes are gluten free pasta and no shredded cheese. I use a vegan "Parmesan" in place of the cheese. I love this recipe, be sure to crisp the pepperoni first, and this is even good cold the next day, just like pizza!
