Cream Cheese Sugar Cookies
YUM! This is a great, slightly different tasting sugar cookie. I thought the cream cheese taste was just right. They were a bit tricky to roll out, but with plenty of flour for dusting, it was not a problem. If I had to think of a complaint to make about these cookies it is only that the thickness that they were rolled out was very important. I got the first batch too thin and they got brown too fast. I had to keep working on making sure they were all the same thickness, more so with any other roll out recipe, or they would not bake evenly. For the special taste, they were worth the extra effort. I will make these again!!

Corn Noodle Casserole
Okay.......this was just bad. I gave it two starts just in case it was my weird personal taste or something. This dish even smelled bad when it was cooking. I will admit this is my first time to ever cook with ground turkey, maybe it was that in it's self that was gross, I don't know. I will not ever try cooking with it again.

Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Chicken
This has become a staple at my house. I leave out the pineapple chunks and just use canned pineapple juice. (personal preference) Otherwise follow the recipe exactly. It is great with rice.
