Cherry Almond Oatmeal

Great oatmeal! I only made 1 serving so I used 1/2 cup milk, about 1/4 tsp vanilla and 1 tsp brown sugar. I added chopped almonds and craisins instead of dried cherries.

Angel Chicken Pasta

I couldn't find golden mushroom soup so I used cream of mushroom soup with garlic. I also didn't use any cream cheese. I combined all of the ingredients in a slow cooker for about 6 hours on low and it turned out great! However, I think that this would be a lot better on rice instead of pasta.

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

This was delicious! I also added 1/2 cup of sour cream and double the pumpkin. The frozen whipped topping is whipped cream, like cool whip. I didn't put any on mine, I think it is fine without it!

Old-Fashioned Vanilla Pudding

I used this pudding in place of the instant boxed pudding that is called for in the Strawberry Delight Dessert Pie (highly recommended!), and it turned out fantastic! Much better than store bought pudding.
