I am a nutritionist by profession and a skinny girl who loves to eat! I really do prefer to eat healthful food all the time. That way even if I don't go for a run, I don't feel so bad! In my experience almost any food item can be made in a healthier way, so I rarely follow a recipe exactly even the first time.
