Best Cranberry Chicken

I thought this was just OK, not bad but not worth making again.

I really liked this recipe, but it was very soupy even though I cut the milk in half as other reviewer's recommended. I would completely omit it next time. I also thought it could use more pasta and next time might try penne pasta instead of lasagna. I added a small fresh clove of minced garlic. I did make one substitution: I used an italian mix of pre-shredded cheese because I don't like processed cheese. Overall, the recipe is quite good, quick, and easy and I will definitely make it again.

Zippy Shepherd's Pie

I wouldn't say that this receipe was bad, exactly, but it wasn't good either. It was odd and even though I like curry, I did not like it in this recipe. I would not make this again, even without the curty.

Incredibly Easy Chicken and Noodles

Chicken Florentine Casserole

Very, very good. I leave out the bacon bits and mushrooms and it is excellent. Fancy enough for company. I have made this several times and love it more each time.

Baked Ziti I

Delicious! Easy and quick to make and it is a nice change from lasagna. I used a combination of cheddar and jack cheeses because that is what I had on hand. I put the cheese on top as the last layer because I like a crispy cheese topping. I would make this often.

Chicken Souiza Cornbread Bake

I loved this dish. It cooked as quickly as stated and the cornbread was done, though it has a softer/moister texture than plain cornbread. I left out the mushrooms because I didn't have any, and used 2 regular eggs. I would consider doubling the mild green chilies when I make it again.

Cashew Chicken Casserole

I wish I could give this no stars or negative stars. No amount of soy sauce, onion, celery, garlic, water chestnuts or anything else will save this terrible recipe. (I added all of the above after reading the reviews.) It is very nearly inedible.
