Sam's Famous Carrot Cake
This is by far the best carrot cake I have ever tasted. I did NOT change anything. It is so moist and so delicious. I'm sitting here with my second piece and still can't believe how much flavor it has. I made a cream cheese frosting but it really is wonderful without it.

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies
This recipe is so simple and so good. I did add 1 tsp of vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. I bought Reese's mini peanut butter cup that are already unwrapped, that I put in the freezer for about 15 minute before placing on the cookie. I used a tablespoon scoop of dough for each ball. Definitely will be making these again. I got exactly 40 cookies.

Simple Turkey Chili
This chili is very good. I ground up the leftover turkey from Thanksgiving. I fried it in the frying pan till it started to brown and than added the onions and garlic. It probably had more than a one pound of turke. I left the beans whole only because that is my preference. As far as the flavor goes, if all the ingredients were added in the correct amount, it is perfect. I totally disagree with those who said it was way. It is perfectly seasoned. I read some of the negative responses and had to laugh because one person gave it a one star but she said she omitted the chili powder. You can't make chili without chili powder. This is a 5 star keeper.
