Chicken Makhani (Indian Butter Chicken)

awesome, pureed 1/4 onion, 3 garlic cloves and a chunk of ginger to start. Added a teaspoon of Pataks Curry paste, some coriander and a lot of cayenne to give it a good kick.

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Baked at 335 for 12mins. Tastes good, but I'll chill the dough next time in hopes they will less cake-like.

Simple White Cake

This was fantastic. I added the extra milk as well. Next time I think I'll reduce the sugar by 1/4 cup. I made this cake for fresh sliced strawberries, whip cream, chocolate pudding and shaved white and dark chocolate. It was fabulous!
