Coffeebar Chai

Reviewed: May 3, 2008
This chai is great. I love the Starbucks chai, but it doesn't come in decaf. I used decaf tea bags and added one anise star to the original recipe. YUM! My chai crazy neighbor loved it too.

Heavenly Chocolate Mousse

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2008
I made this and froze it in Zip locks ahead of time for a wedding shower. It was amazing! I defrosted in the fridge and simple snipped the corner of the bag and squeezed into crepes and covered with fresh strawberries and whip cream! What a hit!

Dessert Crepes

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2007
Wonderful! I did add the 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla as suggested by another reviewer. I used an 8 inch pan that tapers at the bottom and got about 18 six inch crepes. Perfect for the dessert crepes I am making for a shower.

OH MY GOD! I am so glad I didn't throw out my bread machine that had been in storage forever. This was time consuming but worth every single minute of prep and clean up.

Whoopie Pies

Reviewed: Jul. 10, 2007
The cake part was easy and delicious. I added a box of pudding mix as other reviews suggested. I cooked at 350 for 12 minutes. I also used the following Frosting recipe as suggested. 1 Box conf sugar, 2 egg whites, 1 Cup Shortening, 1 Teaspoon Vanilla, 4 Tablespoons Milk, 4 Tablespoons Flour and mix. YUMMY I also found it easier to wrap them in saran wrap after the were frozen on a cookie sheet in freezer for a few hours.
