Bread Pudding

Made first time as directed and it was wonderful! The sauce is to die for. The second time I upped the bread to 5 cups as other reviews advised and added raisins and cinnamon. Mmmmmmm

Good recipe. Made it as directed first time and it was great. Left out garlic but added 4oz crumbled feta second time. Great to keep in the fridge to grab for a healthy bite any time. Family is loving it.

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies

These are awesome cookies as written. Made them as directed the first time. Second time I added 1/2 cup more of oats and 1 tsp vanilla. Always use parchment lined cookie sheets. These are going to the top of my favorite cookie list! Thanks Michele

Barbequed Ribs

Made as directed. Cooking directions are spot on for ribs. Rub and sauce was good, just not my preference. Probably a regional thing for me. I will use a different rub.

Grandma's Egg Custard Pie

Awesome Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

O...MA...GOD! I was looking for a way to make numerous grilled cheeses at once. Here it is people! The bread stays nice and crispy. In my oven it only took 5 mins per side.

first time made as written, 4 stars. Second time made per rewiews, subbing 1/2 cup brown sugar & 1/2 cup white, instead of 1 cup white and doubled the vanilla makes it a 5 star. Thanks for the awesome recipe and reviews people!

Sweet and Buttery Turnips

Yummy! I didn't know what to do with all those turnips from my CSA, but now I know. I halved all the ingredients except for Turnips (stuck with 2 lbs on that) after reading reviews re: too watery. It was perfect. Thanks BUNKYDARL

Pasta Salad

Great Recipe. I cater occasionally and use this all the time. 1 full recipe will serve 40 or so people with other salads available ie potato, tossed salad, chips etc. I half the cherry tomatoes, add shredded carrots, celery and use only 1/2 cup dressing and 3 TB salad supreme and give out the recipe at every occasion. Make the day before and the place in zip lock. Thanks for the great recipe Cyndie.

Slow Cooker Beef Stew I

Best I have made! Follow the recipe exaclty and you won't be dissapointed. No need to brown beef in pan first as I was suprised to find out. I add a few parsnips or tunip/rutabega when I make it. Mmmm I always serve with home made bisquits.

Mom's Chicken Cacciatore

This is by FAR the best Chicken Cacciatore I have had. Better than restaurant Chicken Cacciatore. I used boneless breast and added a tiny pinch of red pepper flakes. Don't skip the flouring of the chicken, it helps keep the chicken remain juicy and thicken the sauce.

Blueberry 'N' Spice Sauce

Wonderful as written! I used it on french toast and the spices echoed the cinamon in the french toast. I used it on top of frozen yogurt later. Yummy.

Grilled Brown Sugar Pork Chops

Great grill recipe. The cooking instructions were great. This was the first time I didn't overcook chops. The glaze was yummy and easy to make ahead of time. I added more corn starch because I preffered it thicker. Will break out for company for sure.
