Chutney Baked Brie
I omitted the nuts from this b/c of a guest with an allergy, but this went over really well in the taste department; however, it didn't clear out as much as my regular baked brie would, so that's reducing my rating a little.

Spicy Italian Pork Cutlets
I've made this multiple times (both for an easy weeknight dinner & with company over) to rave reviews. I usually add extra pepper flakes, and I find it takes longer for the sauce to reduce than the recipe says, but the real benefit is that you can thicken the sauce a bit with the chops in & not have to worry about them coming out tough & over cooked. I remove the chops & cover with foil to rest for 5 minutes at the end & turn up the heat to help reduce the sauce. Hmmm... yummy

Easy and Elegant Pork Tenderloin
This recipe really surprised me. I'm not much of a person for breading, but this wasn't overwelming, just a nice amount of crunch that kept the meat nice & moist. I surprised someone with dinner with this & they were later than I expected. This sat in the oven longer than it should have, but I turned down the heat slightly & it didn't overcook!
