Mmm-Mmm Better Brownies
Took this to a friends house who was recently told she couldn't have dairy. Both her and her husband loved them! I personally think they are better than the story bought version. More fudgey and moist! I did the brownies exactly as stated and they were a little "thin" I guess but so rich that it didn't matter.

Chocolate Crinkles II
I remember these from my childhood and they tasted just the same! I followed the directions exactly. I cooked them for 11 minutes and that was enough. I used wax paper. Not sure if that is different from parchment paper however some of the cookies did stick. Next time I will spray down the paper. When my husband tried them he asked me if it was a new way to make brownies.

Amy's Cilantro Cream Sauce
Great sauce for tacos and I slowly added the cilantro based on some other reviews. The taste was a little tart? I substituted the sour cream for yogurt so maybe that did it or I did use a fresh lime and maybe it was extra tart. Either way, I enjoyed the sauce but my fiancee did not. He likes spicy and opted for the chiptole mayo sauce. I didn't find this sauce spicy at all.
