Frozen Margarita Pie

Reviewed: May 6, 2013
This was good. Pretty easy to make and nice taste. Was a hit at a potluck and the first dessert to be gone. I used gluten free pretzels for the crust and did not add the food coloring.

I liked it alot. Isn't spicy by any stretch of the imagination but with sour cream and cheese it is DELICIOUS!

Simple and Delicious Beet Greens

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2011
Good. I prefer greens to be baked up crispy with olive oil and salt or seasoned salt and eaten like a chip. My husband was a fan of this recipe.

Herbed Deviled Eggs

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2011
Just okay. Be careful that you chop the parsley very very very thinly.

Baked Ham

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2009
I just made this for Christmas dinner. My husband is stuffed to the gills... still has like 8 pounds of ham in the fridge and wants to know when I can make this again. He says it is the best ham he has ever had.

Not bad. Not great. Would have liked if there were more mandarin oranges in it. I won't make it again.

Insanely Easy Vegetarian Chili

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2007
Very good and is even better as leftovers. I served it with corn bread. MMmmmm... I also wouldn't call it insanely easy as it was quite a bit of chopping involved.

Italian Vegetarian Patties

Reviewed: Sep. 6, 2011
Yum! Yum! Yum! I only used one egg, Italian seasoning and garlic salt. Barely any of the cheese. Fried into a patty. Served it to my gluten free husband with just the rice, lentils, seasonings and cheese. He even really liked it!

Cheese Enchiladas

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2007
I made this exactly as written and it was just okay. If you are going to make it than I highly recommend cooking the onions and using (and cooking) fresh mushrooms. If you like them extra cheesy you should add extra cheese as well. I was okay with the amount of cheese to save on the fat.

Mojito Fruit Salad

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2012
Good. People might be scared off by the taste if they don't know what it is and just got a scoop off a potluck bar.

Marinated Pork Chops

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2011
Super easy! My husband and kids loved it. I only marinated it for about an hour. Didn't have worcestershire or lemon juice. Used garlic salt with parsley seasoning instead of parsley and garlic.

Open Face Mozzarella Sandwich

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2011
This was good. However, I think I prefer the tomato, basil, mozzarella, oil & vinegar as a salad with a slice of Italian bread on the side. This way it saves heating the oven as well.

My husband really liked it. The kids ate it. I thought it was just okay. I think I'm not much of a fan of parsley though.

To much butter and was just not my thing. I guess I prefer sweet potatoes with orange juice or marshmallows or pecans.
