Iced Mochas

Reviewed: Jul. 9, 2006
Yum!! This was excellent. I didn't add all the milk because I like my frozen coffee a little on the thick side.

Seven Layer Tex Mex Dip

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2005
this recipe was pretty good, but it had a bit too much taco seasoning for my taste. i also didn't really like the mayo. i would definitely make this again, but i would slightly alter the recipe

Reviewed: Aug. 28, 2005
This was great. I used French bread instead of Italian, and it was still great.

These are great!!! I baked them for exactly 8 minutes, and they came out slightly crispy on the edges and chewy in the middle...perfect!

This pecan pie was excellent and extremely easy. You couldn't even tell there wasn't any corn syrup. It tasted even better the next day.

Monkey Bread I

Reviewed: Jun. 29, 2005
This was great. The only thing I did differently was that I dipped the biscuits in the brown sugar/butter liquid before dipping them in cinnamon/sugar. I then poured the remaining liquid ontop. I highly recommend these.

Best Lemonade Ever

Terrific!! I added a bit more water to make it a little less sugary. It tastes just like the kind you get at the fair.

Pumpkin Apple Streusel Muffins

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2005
great recipe...the muffins were moist and delicious, but I didn't use the same topping. I used one with double the flour, sugar and cinnamon; however, the amount of butter was the same.

Hot Mexican Spinach Dip

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2005
This spinach dip was awesome. I only used half of the spinach, omitted the olives, and used 1/2 and 1/2 instead of evaporated milk (that was all I had in the fridge). It still turned out great.

This was fantastic, and it was very easy to make. I only used 4 potatoes because that was all I had in the kitchen, and the soup still turned out wonderful. A++++

Apple Strudel Muffins

These were the best muffins ever. They had a great flavor all over, but the topping was the best. They looked like they were from a bakery, and they tasted even better.

Kay's Spaghetti and Lasagna Sauce

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2005
This sauce was good, but I thought it had too much onion and bell pepper. The sauce almost needed to be strained. It still had a good taste; however, I won't make this again.

Blueberry Cream Muffins

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2005
These muffins were ok but they weren't anything spectacular. It does make a lot of muffins (about 24 or more). They weren't worth the effort.
