Hazelnut Biscotti

Yummy! I omitted chocolate chips, but after kneading, I patted the dough out to a rectangle and put Nutella chocolate hazelnut spread on it. I had wanted to roll the dough like a jelly roll, but it's too sticky for that. Ended up folding the edges over and shaping into log. Very tasty!

Pizza Dough I

I don't know what I did differently than other reviewers, but I did not care for this. Very tough and no flavor. Followed the directions exactly. Will not be making again. Very disappointing.

Grilled Tilapia with Mango Salsa

Excellent! Added equal amount of strawberries and mango then added 1 Tbsp sugar. It's a family favorite and so bright and colorful!

Chocolate Zucchini Cake II

Wonderful! Moist and delicious but not too sweet. I used milk chocolate chips on the top and sprinkled chopped pecans on top as well. The chips melt into the cake. Can sprinkle with powdered sugar if you like before serving. Definitely a keeper!

Cowboy Caviar

I made this and took it to school to share with my fellow workers. Everyone asked for the recipe. I doubled the recipe and reduced the jalepenòs to 1 tbsp. for those like me who don't like it too spicy. Excellent recipe. I make it over and over!

Slow Cooker Vegetable Soup

I made this recipe based on the other reviews. I was very disappointed in the flavor. Too much basil and oregano. Not the vegetable soup I was hoping for at all. I won't make this again.

Croutons

This recipe was a great find. The croutons are just like the "homemade" ones in fancy restaurants, except you can season them to your own taste. It's a definite keeper!
