Spaghetti Pie III

Yum! I followed the suggestion of using penne pasta. This was delicious...very easy and quick to put together for something so, so good! We really enjoyed the cream cheese/sour cream mix-I prefer it to a layer of ricotta. Thanks for sharing a keeper recipe!

Movie Theater Floor

This was great. I admit-I made it based on the creative name alone. I love it-how clever! Anyhow, it's delicious. It did get a bit meltly in the hot sun today-we all decided it would be great to eat as cereal with a spoon! Yum. The possibilities are endless-it's great you can just throw in whatever you have in the cupboard. Thanks for a great and versatile recipe-2 (sticky) thumbs up!

Jalapeno Popper Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Yum! This was delicious. I realized I didn't have sour cream so added a little mayo instead. I used Italian bread-I think this sandwich would be good on any bread of your liking. Served with a salad for a very tasty dinner. Thanks for sharing-this is a great recipe!

Stovetop Granola

Yum. I was a bit nervous trying this since every review had changes in the recipe. I kind of consolidated what everyone did to try the first time and BRAVO-great stuff. 3 1/2 cups oats, dash cinnamon, vanilla and salt. Easy and fabulous, that's what she said.

Ricotta Gnocchi

These gnocchi were incredible. They were easy to put together and absolutely delicious. I did make a double batch-as written it doesn't make that much-or at least it wouldn't have here as we have 2 sons that can eat a lot! Thank you for sharing such a wonderful (and easy) recipe.

Mom's Sticky Chicken From 1972

Delicious! I love it also because it only requires pantry items-and was very easy to do. I made extra sauce for on rice-everyone loved this dish! My boys ate leftovers this morning for breakfast and my husband is already asking when I am making it again. YUM!

White Bean Dip

I could eat this with a spoon. It is so, so good. I also used parsley instead of the cilantro. I couldn't stop eating it after I tried a bite when I was finished making it. It's really good on the new Townhouse FlatBread Crisp Crackers-we had the Sea Salt and Olive Oil ones here. What a fabulous (and very inexpensive) recipe. I already bought more beans last night to make it again! Thanks for sharing this, I love it!!!

American-Italian Pasta Salad

This was a wonderful recipe. I made it Saturday and served it Sunday, I do believe it's best to be chilled overnight. I also added tortellini and some cubed cheese. I ended up doubling the dressing for this-it worked out great with my extra add-ins. We all loved this recipe and agreed it was a wonderful change from just using Italian dressing for a pasta salad. Thanks for sharing this one, it's a keeper!

Buster Bar Dessert

This was wonderful! The recipe is spot on for amounts, although I would have eaten more of the fudge sauce had I put it in there! I agree with another reviewer-it's nice that the crust actually comes out of the pan. My husband said, I really wish you wouldn't have made this-I'm going to eat it all! This was a great treat and I will be making it many, many more times. Thanks for sharing the recipe! (And adding to my waistline!) ; )

Applesauce Drop Doughnuts

These are awesome, as my 10 year old says! Last night he got home from basketball practice, saw that I had made doughnuts, ate one and gave me a HUGE hug. That's reason enough to make these! Sopapilla Cheesecake Pie

This dessert was wonderful! Very easy to prepare, especially now that you can buy Crescent Roll Sheets. The only thing I would do differently next time is use a little less butter for the topping-it seemed to be too much. Thanks for sharing this delicious dessert recipe!

Asian Chicken Salad

This is a delicious salad, the dressing is incredible. Make sure to add the sesame oil-it adds so much flavor. I also added a little over a tablespoon of orange juice to the dressing to add a little more zip. I can imagine eating this all summer, it was so, so good!

Favorite Hamburger Bites

Good stuff! I used ground turkey and only the envelope of onion soup mix. I did fiddle around with seasonings once the cheese was melted in, I added ketchup, mustard and some Worcestershire sauce. These are great little sandwiches-it makes a lot which is handy, I like keeping them in the freezer and reheating them for a quick dinner with soup or salad.

Feta Chicken Salad

This is a delicious recipe, thank you for sharing it! I too used the garlic herb feta cheese and it gives the salad such a nice flavor. My hubby says it's "deli quality" and I agree-it's wonderful.

Southwestern Pasta Salad

This is a great recipe-a nice change to normal pasta salads-yum! I made this last night with dinner and it went over very well. The leftovers today were just as tasty. I added some cheese-we love cheese in our salads. Also, I ended up adding some Italian dressing prior to serving-the pasta soaked up so much of the oil/lime juice mixture so it was a bit dry. Next time I plan on doubling the dressing amount recommended. All in all, this was a great new recipe to try and I plan on making it for the upcoming holiday weekend. Thanks for sharing a hit!
