About this Cook
I have a passion for baking. Started baking in 2003 by using store-bought mixes. After a few tries, Decided to start from scratch and since then baking had became my hobby!!
My favorite things to cook
Chocolate cookies are my specialisation!! My family and friends loved them dearly.
My cooking triumphs
My achievements in baking would be the sense of accomplishment I feel everytime i see everyone enjoying my cookies and of cuz' receiving praises!
My cooking tragedies
Was making a sweet pastry dough once and it went wrong because I used normal margerine thinking that it was the same as pastry margrtine!! The whole dough became soggy within seconds!! It was totally gross and waste of effort.

Decorator Frosting
This was too sweet for my liking... Cut the amt of sugar down to 3 1/2 Cups yet it was way toooooo sweet! Otherwise, consistency and all were great!

Cream Cheese Sugar Cookies
These cookies are very yummy! Left out the almond essence and added 2 tsp vanilla instead. I used 5 oz of cream cheese yet I think the flavor is not strong enough... overall still it was sweet and delicious! Baked for 10 mins and they all turn out perfect!

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies
The cookies turn out fabulous. Followed the receipe except that I baked mine for 100mins instead. Some of the dough I mix with Chocolate chips, some rolled in sugar before baking and some left plain. Either ways they all tasted great! =)
