Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

It couldn't get any easier! I used defrosted chicken breast, jack daniels bbq sauce, added a sliced onion, cooked for 4 hrs on low then shredded it, then cooked for an additional 1hr on low. Everyone, including my 4 year old, loved it.

Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball

absolutly awesome! everyone always asks me for the recipe. I use 1 cup of confectioners sugar and toffee bits instead of pecans. I serve it with chocolate graham crackers. I'm celiac so i eat it with fruit. it's a must make!

Chocolate Toffee Cookies I

Absolutly Yummy!!! I made this gluten free by using Betty Crocker GF devil's food cake mix and the rest of the ingredients are ok. I also used 1 cup of Heath toffee bits vice the candy bars. My husband loved these cookie's and he isn't celiac!

Alysia's Basic Meat Lasagna

This is wonderful. I made some minor adjustments but all-and-all it is an awesome just as it is listed. We use gluten free rice noodles and I can't tell the difference. Thanks for the great recipe.

Brownie Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

This is a great cheesecake. I make it gluten free by using betty crocker's brownie mix. I also don't add the chocolate chips. It is perfect without them.

Marinated Ranch Broiled Chicken

This was great and extremely easy. I made it gluten free for me by using Hidden Valley ranch mix. My 12 year old daughter couldn't get enough. I marinated the first batch then had to make more immediatly. Both marinated and not were great.

Quick Chicken with Asparagus and Provolone

Chocolate Chip Banana Bread II

I have made this more than once and it is absolutly delicous each time. I am celiac so I make it gluten free. I use gluten free flour and the rest of the recipe is gluten free.
