Chicken Enchiladas I
Great recipe. I could never believe I could cook this dish restaurant quality. My boyfriend was amazed. The small alterations I made were for the sour cream and the water. Where I live sour cream is not easy to find so I replaced it with a can of plain yogurt. Worked well. The water I ommited because I used a can of chopped tomatoes which was watery enough. Other than that I stayed true to the recipe and came out a winner!
